Excellent, professional job undertaken by Ty and his guys Matt & John. Project was to remove existing tiling and then install new to kitchen, pantry & utility room. Old tiles & latexing done in one day, then new works completed in 1 & 1/2 days. Matt & John worked long days to complete the work in shortest possible timescale, and respected that works were being done in our home. Very considerate and tidy. Pricing was good value.

Not reliable at all. Contacted me straight away. Sweet talked and made it sound he was the perfect person to fit my alarm system.. Gavin came fitted the alarm. Gavin left me a tablet. For the alarm system. He did Not set it up. Also installed the door bell which does not work correctly , nor connect. I have contacted him . He said that he would come around. He has not come around or answered my messages. He is not professional or reliable. I am going to ask him to take he’s equipment and refund fully

I have good prices and my prime trade is plastering
I went with this person because I thought their price was really good but I got what I paid for. The plastering is all completely uneven, with gouges out of it it lots of places. Around the plug sockets was left as big holes so I had to go round and fill them all myself (about 10 sockets). The room was left in a complete state with plaster all over the floor and window. I was also told I would be sent an invoice, then on the day was asked over to pay by bank transfer before I had even seen the work.

Excellent service from start to finish. Initially came out to quote for an over-running toilet and fixed the issue. When a non-related leak appeared into the downstairs flat, he returned quickly the next day and resolved with a short term fix whilst waiting for parts. Came back a few days later to replace both parts. Communication was great throughout. Reliable, tidy and trustworthy, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would definitely use again.
