Vladimir arrived and was very knowledgable and action/goal oriented. He quickly drilled the holes others like City Fibre were unable/unwilling to tackle. Then, he successfully cleaned-up and suggested a cable-run trunking solution to hide the new plastic cable under the front door step and mat. He offered to go to a supplier and buy the necessary cable trunking the next morning and come and install it to tidy everything up.
