top marks. so helpful and informative, found the leak , not initially where is was expected, also found another leak from the Washing Machine. which he repaired. Fully thorough in his work, very polite and trustful. I have the original leak to be done, this week as its now urgent. Thankyou Louis for all your help and reasurances.

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

They were prompt to come. Andrew was very clean as he wore shoe sleves to protect my floor. They were quick in repairing my anthena and now i can see the tv in all rooms. However, estimated phone cost did not match the final price.
