Adam was polite, professional and friendly both on the telephone and in person. He scheduled a visit within two days and turned up exactly on time. He took the time to explain the options clearly and in full. He fixed the fault completely. Adam was respectful of the property, including tidying up afterwards. My impression is that Adam is totally honest and trustworthy and I would not hesitate to use his services again when the need arises, and indeed will recommend him to family and friends.

An absolute star. Managed to put up with my wife's last minute changes, and additional work that just seemed to "crop up". Arrived when he said he would, clean, tidy, excellent. Will definitely use Donald again, and would recommend him to anyone.

Fraser came out to view the job when he said he would. During the waiting period he kept me updated on the eta. He and the men came on the Monday morning and worked all day, the same on Tuesday, Wednesday was rained off, Thursday and Friday. All the jobs were completed and to a high standard. I'm very satisfied and would use both the website and Fraser again and would recommend Fraser to anyone needing roofing work.

Spoke to Kevin 5 Minuets after posting the job, we discussed the job, and agreed a price. The guy turned up Bang on time ( this is really important when having work carried out ) I didn't have to clean up ( so many workmen don't have the same level of pride) So it's nice to see one that does. ( well done Kevin ) Job done, and also now have a gas safe guy I can call on for any future work ( already got a job lined up for Kevin ) I'm bumping the rating up to 10 stars.. 5 isn't enough.
