We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. I found Lucian and his team relaible , punctual and good value for money. The did a full house rewire in the timescale we agreed and the standard I wanted. While I accept that anyone can have a run of bad luck, he was unable to complete work agreed for various reasons on three different agreed dates - twice because of illness and on one occasion because of trouble with his van.
