I am very wary hiring people, this is due to getting let down time after time. What a breath of fresh air Jack was, excellent communication, turned up on the dot at time stated. Contacted Rated People as I required a consumer unit change and test certificate. I was cont by James within a minute, an easy to understand and easy to talk to person who quickly established my requirements. He provided a date and ball park cost to be confirmed later. A date and price agreed, 7 days notice. The work was completed today, punctual and efficient. Was contacted a little later when the work was finished certificate issued along with invoice. Overall great service no fuss and efficient.

The job: New render & coating to front of 1930's semi, hallway extended to incorporate porch, new windows + composite door, interior plastering to hall and fireplace surround, two new rads, one surplus rad removed. How: All to great quality standards, polite and skilled workers, very well managed with clear plan & timings and at competitive pricing. Solution-oriented team. Result: House has been greatly enhanced and got its kerb appeal back. Would highly recommend!
