Once they started the work, Owen and his team were superb. Really personable, professional and tidied up as they finished work each day. Owen kept me in the loop and turned up as planned. Whilst fairly pleased with the work, the renderer (Anatoly), did not place scaffold back into existing location. A scaffold ladder was left hanging by a single clip. Bars and boards not returned closer to the building leaving huge gaps. Red brick dust has stained 4 days after completion. The disgraceful condition of the scaffold is gross in my opinion
