I had been generally happy with the paint work when it was finished but on closer inspection and having to spend 6+ hours cleaning up, I can categorically say I am not happy & keep finding more to be unhappy with. There is paint everywhere even inside one of the (brand new!) toilets and underneath the masking tape, where it was even used! There are drips of paint on the woodwork and all the window sills and doors need another coat. Holes in doorframes were also not filled before painting. Not happy at all

Did a reasonable job of the actual repairs but hired scaffolders who left equipment blocking our garden gate, driveway and public path for over 6 weeks. Tom started ignoring calls and texts and wouldn't supply the contact details of the scaffolders. Only emailing Tom with a threat of reporting them to the HSE prompted any action. While Tom can't be held responsible for the scaffolders, his lack of communication or support was a huge letdown

Adam had literally called and came to see me in within an hour of me posting the job up., He quoted and came back the same afternoon., although he came across some challenges by the previous workerleft he dealt with it fast and efficiently. Did not waste any time, left everything very tidy and even did an extra wee add on job for me. Reliable - priced excellently., Lovely guy, did what he promised in no time. Was enough as was the amount based on YOUR measurements. Regardless of the mess of the central squares you had more than enough Lino to leave a good finish under the freezer,oven,washing machine instead of the disaster that's left. There absolutely no excuse for the work you have done here, as a PROSFESSONAL you should measure before cutting and then realising you couldn't make it work, you should have more pride in your work than to leave a woman and her child with a kitchen floor that is a compete mess
