He then organised retaining wall footings and an mot surface ready for the next phase. Throught, he and his team communicated about progress and sought clarification when appropriate. Bill came over and gave us a very thorough assessment of the options and then produced a fair quote for the work. The dates were agreed and stuck to. The job threw up some complications that couldn’t have been foreseen and they were handled professionally by the team.
