The job revealed some extra work was needed but the changes were all discussed and agreed without pressure before being implemented and James was able to bring in extra team members whilst on site so the work was completed in a timely fashion. After a very log and unnecessarily complicated and long process to get any accurate information from, and when an appointment was finally scheduled - no one showed up, no one replied to messages and calls.
