John and the team did an outstanding job. It was easy to work with John and he was very knowledgeable, and provided very sensible advice. Other people quoted work which was over-the-top or wouldn't have solved the problem but John got right to the issue in a no-nonsense way. I hired Mark to replace a pump for my water cylinder specifically asking if he provides with a job report as I needed it to claim from my home insurance. He confirmed he will do.. Job was done, I paid same day but never got a report. I contacted him in total 8 (!!) times. Once he said he will do it by the end of the day, then tomorrow then he just ignored me. As a result my claim was denied because of absence of paperwork. This is disgraceful. Be aware.
