James did a really good job completely refitting our cloakroom. He was polite and considerate and kept us up to date with his progress and any issue arising. The manager Jay was always very prompt at answering texts but at times we would have liked him to be a little more proactive. On the whole, very happy with the work completed.

Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!

This young man is starting out with his new business and is very ambitious to prove himself and give a good service. He and his colleague were very polite, and managed to shore up our fence to a good standard. We were lucky that Robert had had a cancellation so he came as promised the very next day & laid the laminate flooring in under a day. Workmanship was to a high standard and they took care of everything. Would recommend.
