Keith arrived on time and explained what he was going to work on in the garden. He worked on the garden like it was his own. He trimmed and weeded and cut the grass. He cleaned up afterwards and I’m very pleased with work Keith has done. Great job! Thank you.

Dave and his team were excellent. They were very curteous and tidy in their work and did everything to deliver what I wanted. It was a pleasure to have Dave and his team doing the work and I cannot recommend them too highly. If I do need any further gardening work done I will definitely use them again.

Dave did a great job clearing the end of our garden including removing 3 conifers and laying membrane and bark. He also cleared away all the debris afterwards. He was also very reliable and punctual. I would definitely use Dave again and would recommend him to others.

As a property maintenance and renovations specialist, we had been working for the last 9 years exclusively for property developers and Estate Agents such as Brinkle's, Towneds, Dexters, and Cubitt&west covering All trades. We are also known for our charitable work at St Bede's Catholic church Balham and St Mathews Anglican church Croydon. Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.

Colin and team took on a tough job refreshing a top floor bathroom and adding in a shower to a compact space with low eaves,. Despite encountering a few surprises (lack of isolation valves, dead pigeons etc) the job was done in good time and on budget.. Colin worked with me to provide options on fitments to suit style & budget and was honest when I was better off purchasing direct rather than through him. The job wasn't rushed and the finish is excellent. Also took on some external wiring work as well.

I can’t rate Andy highly enough.
