My name is Nathan. I have been plumbing for over ten years. I have a large skillset and extensive knowledge on plumbing, gas and heating systems. Fully qualified as a plumber and heating engineer (NVQ apprenticeship). Fully qualified as a gas engineer (Gas Safe registered). Fully qualified for unvented hot water systems (G3 unvented).

A great guy that turns up when he says he will. Cleans up and did the tasks I required with no problems. Top class and I will use again. Didnt have time to fit a trap but arranged another day and was done within 30 mins.

All I can say is that I was really in a fix as the boiler packed up over the Christmas period. Antonio of About Town provided a very competitive deal with a 7 year warranty on a Worcester Bosch. He arrived the day after Boxing Day and replaced the old boiler without any fuss or bother. My experience was that he is very knowledgeable, clean, friendly, and meticulous. Also he's approved by Worcester Bosch and will arrive on time rain, weather or shine.

Very bad workmanship. Huge hole just left in wall where pipe went through. Had to have someone in to replaster and make good. Boiler now condemned for a second time in two years. Flue has gaping holes around it and the gas flow sample test point was left with no cap and then the replacement doesn't fit either. AA homeserve say it's the worst installation they have ever seen.
