A great guy that turns up when he says he will. Cleans up and did the tasks I required with no problems. Top class and I will use again. Didnt have time to fit a trap but arranged another day and was done within 30 mins.

Very bad workmanship. Huge hole just left in wall where pipe went through. Had to have someone in to replaster and make good. Boiler now condemned for a second time in two years. Flue has gaping holes around it and the gas flow sample test point was left with no cap and then the replacement doesn't fit either. AA homeserve say it's the worst installation they have ever seen.

Highly recommend Vincent. We talk by Phone and He came after half hour. He is very professional and and he know what he’s doing. We had a problem with our gas boiler in the middle of the winter time and vas really helpful someone come quickly and check it. Vincent check the all system and give some good information as well.

Delighted with the service received from this company. I was very impressed with Krystian, prompt contact after enquiry, was the only tradesman to actually listen to what I needed and produced a quote which met my needs fully. His price was fair and consistent, perhaps not the cheapest but I didn’t necessarily need the cheapest, I wanted the best value with quality and trust. He completed one bathroom within a month of instructing, to a high standard and we were delighted. This gave me full confidence to let the second bathroom which again was superb

I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.
