Phil went above and beyond and has restored my faith in Tradesmen. He fixed the problem he said he would for the price he said he would. When that didnt rectify the problem he came back in the evening and spent a further 4 hours working out that the problem was further down the pipework and repairing that for no extra charge. Outstanding work and dedication and I would recommend Phil to anybody. Cant sing his praises enough.

Came, quoted and did the job next day. Good price, quality work and they worked late when running into issues with re-fitting my old sink which they patiently sorted. Traditional Heating Company able to handle all manner of installations, servicing and breakdown work. We normally are able to attend any breakdowns and emergencies within 3 hours. All our engineers have at least 5 years experience and most are qualified to work on cookers, fires and boilers.

Hi, I've been qualified in the plumbing and heating industry for 15 years, working largely in the domestic sector. I love all aspects of plumbing from a simple Tap Washer replacement to a full install of a Central Heating System. I pride myself on customer service, reliability and sensible pricing!
I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.
Excellent communication, tidy and organised. Changing boiler in my property caused a lot of challenges that AB Chapman (Spencer) overcame with ease and really made a brilliant and quick job . I am very happy with service provided, competitive quote and would recommend them to anybody who requires a good job being done. Thank you very much!
