Ernest did a brilliant job in a basement bedroom where water had come in under the wooden floor because of poor damp proofing around the foot of the lightwell outside. About 25% of the floor areaway affected. He removed this deftly and installed new boards he had sourced. The match is really good. He is every bit as good as his CV suggests.

Installation in spring great - friendly, helpful and worked great. However, when greater use of the boiler (ie. Heating) was needed increased leaks appeared and flooded two floors below. Trying to get 'tony' back to fix the bodge that caused it was impossible. Tony sends streams of lengthy excuses trying to deflect blame onto anyone but himself. These included being busy with other jobs, a way crash, not having declared points on his licence, to falling asleep! He gave compensation.

Carl did an amazing job. We initially only wanted a shower enclosure installation in our downstairs toilet but Carl also did a bathtub and sink replacement in our upstairs bathroom. Carl comes at the time he states and works till late. He leaves the house clean and tidy when he leaves. Very hardworking and skilled. Very impressed with his work and craftsmanship. AVOID AT ALL COST and it is the right company. Don’t pay him or his partner Nick Moules any money. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.

Charlie, agreed a price and was scheduled for Wednesday. He called on the day and rescheduled for Friday, due to feeling unwell. He then called on Thursday and we agreed for him to attend at 1pm. He cam then began renegotiating, which was a surprise as he had all information before arriving. He then agreed to honour agreed price and rescheduled for Tuesday. He never arrived, called or answered my call. I would not recommend Charlie or this company.

Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

James was very honest and friendly from quote to completion. He explained everything that needed doing during the service of my gas stove fire and combi boiler; he showed me parts inside the boiler which had worn and needed replacing, requoted and returned a few days later with the required parts. He works with as little disruption as possible and is meticulous about leaving the area clean afterwards.
