The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. Charlie, agreed a price and was scheduled for Wednesday. He called on the day and rescheduled for Friday, due to feeling unwell. He then called on Thursday and we agreed for him to attend at 1pm. He cam then began renegotiating, which was a surprise as he had all information before arriving. He then agreed to honour agreed price and rescheduled for Tuesday. He never arrived, called or answered my call. I would not recommend Charlie or this company.

Nick did a good job of powerflushing my underfloor heating which is why I haven't given him 1 star. However, he also "serviced" my boiler and I have now had 2 people inspect it who have told me that's not the case and it still has bad seals and has not been serviced properly. It's now being completely replaced (I've had 2 opinions). He also ruined a carpet my being negligent while bleeding a radiator.
