Great! I've never known anyone so accurate with their ETA! He said 3:30 and was here on the dot. Charlie was very friendly and obliging and did the job - fitting a new pump under the bath - in a very awkward spot. Left it nice and tidy, great job. Then we showed him the kitchen tap that drips. He happened to have a lovely new tap in his van and he's coming back, probably tomorrow, to install it for us. Marvellous!

He arranged for it to be removed. I’m very pleased the cooker will be cleaned up and sold to at a low price to someone in need. Will definitely use Dan again for any plumbing I need. James was hired to fit 5 internal doors. It took him 3 days, and the work was careless, lazy, and full of mistakes, excuses, lies and frustration. He blamed the doors, house, locks, anything but himself. I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.
