Came on time to check my boiler, which keeps cutting out. Spent around 2 hours looking at it only finding a cracked insulating plate, but unable to stop my boiler from cutting out. Took details of the plate to replace, stuck a do not use sticker on my boiler, and £100 from me. Then nothing until I chased him for an update and it was clear he’d not ordered a replacement plate. Chased again and not heard anything since. Avoid this man at all costs. I’m £100 down and needing to find a reliable gas engineer.

Lee was great, let us know when he was on his way to our appt. He was respectful of our property. Lee was there to service our boiler, he let us know about any concerns he had & that the boiler was working ok. He was also quick on emailing us the Gas boiler report.
