Do not use Jay, paid him half and then he didn’t finish the job and went awol leaving my downstairs bathroom in a right state, packing out gaps with bits of wood, lots of mastic use, toilet cistern not bolted to the wall, boxing in was not cut straight, he spray painted but that was uneven and he managed to get my hall walls too, now having to rip out everything he has done to start again. Once again avoid this guy

Save your money and do not trust these guys to finish the job. Rubbish been outside my place for 5 weeks and have been told 5 different dates for collection and let down each time. Totally unorganized people and arrangements made for work and again let down night before. Plasterer has not finished and have been ghosted by them. Shocking l!

James was hired to fit 5 internal doors. It took him 3 days, and the work was careless, lazy, and full of mistakes, excuses, lies and frustration. He blamed the doors, house, locks, anything but himself. I wasn't going to leave a review, but after he left I was able to fix —by myself— issues that he tried to gaslight me into believing it was the best possible outcome. I suspect his "27 years of experience" was made up, and the problem was nothing but absolute lack of skill, care and work ethic.

Doru and his workmates did a very professional job renovating an awkwardly-shaped bathroom. I was impressed with the wall tiling and Doru's carpentry. Doru even improved certain things that weren't in the original spec (e.g. boxing in pipes). The only downside was there would have been less dust and paint marks on the landing floorboards had dust sheets been used. Hardworking and reliable in comms, I would definitely use Doru again.
