I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. Sean came out and gave me a very reasonable quote for removal of an old cold water and a hot water tank and connecting my flat directly to mains water. He installed a new hot water tank and it has been great! First shower was so powerful compared to what it was before. He spent time explaining things and tidied everything up. Although not the cheapest quote, the work was done promptly, the staff were courteous and very hardworking, they tidied up as they went along, and snagging issues were dealt with. Communication was very good, either by text, email or in person. A further serious issue was discovered during the time they were here, and I will be using Weatherproof services again to deal with that.
