A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. We agreed the work. The guys were available quickly. After starting, they needed to borrow my wheelbarrow, SDS drill and crow bar. Midway, they suggested the job should change as all the damaged patio tiles under the gutter outlet were not damaged by water run off, but the cement beneath them being too hard. The grout they put in washed away. They came and fixed it.

I must admit I was overjoyed with the quality of work done. He just got on with the work, which by way was of a very high standard. I now have brilliant lights which work in both kitchen and bathroom. It seemed to me nothing was to much other. I would give him a 5 star rating without thinking. Trade men like Christian are very hard to find.

He first took the time to understand the issues via a call, photos, and video clips, and arrived well prepared with the parts he anticipated might be needed. There were multiple issues to fix. Due to parts needing to be ordered, the work was completed over multiple visits, yet he honoured the original fixed quote. He was highly efficient, and very thorough in his work. James did a good day's work. He was joined by work mate Craig. They erected a pagoda. James started to sand my path and patios. He said he would come back on Monday to finish. He didn't. I called him again and on four different occasions he volunteered a day to come but didn't. I foolishly paid James in full. They left garden debris which took us several hours to clear up. I called James to politely say we would finish the sanding ourselves if we knew where he was up to. He has severed all contact.
