Arrived on time, did a serious and good quality job (knock down and rebuild front garden wall). Very nice and polite person who knows his job. Left the place nice and clean. I'm very pleased with D C Brickwork & Property and recommend it!

Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.

Andy and Dan together with their team of local tradesmen provided us with a 1st class job. Our garage conversion into 2 rooms was completed on time, to an excellent finish and to the exact budget they quoted. There's not many people I give a personal recommendation for but this man in more than deserving of it. Did a fantastic job of stopping our chimney leaking and spent much time wanting to make sure it was perfect I felt he should have charged more.
