Small bathroom totally renewed in 8 days: Ion kept the place tidy everyday after work. He gave suggestions but no pressure to get the things I like. He picked the perfect wall and floor tiles for me. I booked in these guys to replace a slipped tile. I took a day off work to be home on the alotted day and turned down other quotes. They confirmed they would attend when I asked to double check.. Then they stopped replying to messages and they didn't show up on the day. I called and was brushed off with excuses, but they gave no offer of a new time or any further communication. Pathetic service. Would give only 1 star but I can't comment on roofing skills but with their attitude I expect they are not good.

He managed our expectations well from the start - turned up on time to quote, delivered a quote the next day as promised, provided references when we asked for them (who backed up that he's a good builder), found a space in his schedule quickly to fit our job in, did it quickly, efficiently and leaving no mess afterwards. And charged us a reasonable amount for the work. Couldn't speak more highly of him, and will definitely ask him to quote on our extension when we progress with the planning.
