RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They even took my bath and WC back to B&Q when they saw a small crack in them! Would highly recommend RS Property

I requested a painting job with a number of different colours, and other extra requests. They did a great job, they were very swift, and they left the place immaculately tidy. Can really recommend them

Omar’s work is outstanding. He is reliable and has a fantastic eye for details and overall aesthetic as an experienced painter and decorator. I had him paint my kitchen and he went over and beyond expectations ! After he discovered that the walls of dining area in the kitchen were not an ideal state, he put in extra effort to make good on it at no extra cost. I am over the moon with the end result and will not hesitate to recommend him. I can guarantee you will not regret it!

Daniel and steve did a great job dividing our bathroom into a cloakroom and shower room to suit our needs. They were reliable tidy workers, polite and punctual and we would willingly recommend them.

Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

I posted the job on Thurs, Mick and Pete came round on Sat morning and the job was done by Tues. Really professional and friendly guys who explained everything to me really clearly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Decoration and renovation were great all round and offered the best advice out of all the people I looked at and the end result was much better because of them. If you are looking for a company that delivers a great product on time, within budget and with attention to detail then look no further. Everything was carried out to a high standard and we can only thank the team for a fantastic job. The original job was for our dining room but that was quickly extended to our living room as well which included building a contemporary fireplace, extensive replastering and complete redecoration. I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.
