George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They could not do the job because the electric hot water tank they install is a standard size. I need a emersion water tank that is no more than 450mm in diameter. But they were very polite and got back to me and were honest about why they could not do the job.

They did a great job at taking my garden waste, although the original quote was lower than the quote they gave me after inspecting the task, they quoted before the job but failed to inform it didn't include VAT, which knocked the quoted price up by 20%. Would've been 5 stars if they were clearer with the price. However I cannot fault the work, and it needed to be done.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.
Justin was an absolutely star, sourcing all.the materials, fitting a large walk in shower screen and charging a fair rate. open, honest and a quick worker. just wish I'd found him sooner! he even left us a tube of bathroom sealer for free! highly recommended.
