I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.

Decoration and renovation were great all round and offered the best advice out of all the people I looked at and the end result was much better because of them. The guys came down within a few hours on the same day which was great. They installed three radiators in time for a new floor to be put down. Even agreed to swap a radiator the next day, which they noticed had been delivered with a dent. Thanks for your help.

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They even took my bath and WC back to B&Q when they saw a small crack in them! Would highly recommend RS Property
