Martin did a superb job of skimming a bedroom ceiling covered with extremely unattractive artex. He was friendly and easy to deal with, arrived exactly when he said he would, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the room spotless. Highly recommended.

Houghton Construction is a company I would use again. We Had a very good working relationship with Aaron and all the trades people he used. I learned a lot about various aspects of the building trade through Aaron and his people being around them (and sometimes in their way) for a few weeks . Thanks Aaron and all the trades people.

Beautifully designed kitchen, lovely people, dont think I had his top team. Had to do a lot of tidying up, removing protective edging to units, sanding down and painting round a ceiling light. They had put freezer in incorrectly, screws were too short in a door and it fell apart, a work surface had to be replaced due to warping and the new one is even worse with a chip, a split and pencil marks round it, new garden hose wrecked, used to mix concrete and spade thrown on top, used garden seats as a workbench

Andy and Dan together with their team of local tradesmen provided us with a 1st class job. Our garage conversion into 2 rooms was completed on time, to an excellent finish and to the exact budget they quoted. Matt replied promptly. Came when he said he would. Did what he said he would. I will definitely use him again. I marked down from excellent on value merely because he was more than the person we used for the last 5 years.... who maybe should have increased his prices!! Likeable. Willing. Hard worker.

Cannot fault the speed at which House Proud Property Services got in contact with me and arrived at my property to take a look at the issue.
