My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. We had a difficult cleaning job of a large house that involved extensive sanitary cleaning, hoarding and large furniture disposal. The team worked hard and thoroughly to get the job done in two days for a reasonable cost. For any further work we will absolutely going back to LDL!

Gabriel did an amazing job with fixing an extractor hood in my kitchen, he even did some decorating where coving was cut out to fit the hood cover and filled screw holes & he did it perfectly... he is very reliable, fair, punctual, polite & competent in what he does & I will definitely will contact him in the future if I require any maintenance job in my house.
