I employed Simon to do extensive painting of my garden furniture and fences during the summer. He also kindly helped me with some carpentry work in the garden and some jobs indoors. He arrived on time each day or let me know if there would be a delay and why, the work he undertook was meticulous and he always cleared up before he left each evening and joy of joys no radio blaring! I cannot speak too highly of his conduct and willingness throughout and can strongly recommend him.

A good working relationship with your builder is essential and we definitely had that with Heyl Build. We agreed a price before the job started. Then we added to the job and each addition was quoted for so both parties knew where they were. The team worked hard through varying weather conditions and they were always polite. Excellent work, Ben is very good at letting you know what is happening. I am glad I followed his recommendation of a wooden loft ladder, it is much easier to pull down than the aluminium versions and sturdier to walk up. The loft is now well insulated and floored. Ben cleared up and took away all the rubbish.
