I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Peter was very friendly and helpful when he came to quote on my extension work. He also quoted on my bathroom and this he has now completed to a very good standard. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Very happy with the work and the finish. There was a bit more to the job than initially expected but it was easy to come to an agreement and got everything done on time as we had hoped.
Martin is a first rate carpenter and has done two jobs for us. One was board the loft and put shelves up there... perfect. The other was to build a fairly large summer house from scratch. Beautiful house.

He did an excellent job and the stone worktops look like new. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to others and be very happy to hire him again.

Mohammad was extremely polite and knowledgeable, he came and sorted out an electrical issue that had been bodged by previous installers. Stayed until 21.00 to finish job and ensure that we were left with working shower. Highly recommended will definitely be using again for future works.
