Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend

Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.

A previous plumber scared me by implying it was a major job - replacing, retiling, expensive, destructive - so I put it off. I'm afraid that Alex DECORs had to return to site as he had over-drilled into the brickwork and the metal gate hinges started to fail after 2 weeks! . I even had to spend another £16 on strong adhesive to complete the repair. Incompetent. And he refused to issue me with an invoice. Please avoid.
