We are a builders who carry out loft conversion and extensions along with all types of building work, we take no deposit, we send you to our last job we have completed, so you speak to customer. We are currently building a house from start to finish in Heysham which you can view, we have on board a part P electrical along with a gas safe heating engineer, we have a roofer who carry’s out all our roofing needs. All our lads are qualified and hold all certificates etc. We always send new customers to view our last jobs and lease with customer asking any questions regarding builds. Our insurance covers all aspects of all types of building works. We set out a payment plan, so payments are in stages, the last payment is when all work is completed and passed by building control.

Excellent service from Alex. Came out straight away and gave me an estimate and a date to complete the work. On the day he kept me informed what was going on and how he was progressing with the job. This rating is for the refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom, ensuite and main bathrooms. This included replacing bathroom suites, new ceilings with light and ventilation fans, full tiling and laminate floors. Aaran's work was first class. He installed wall panels, new vanity unit and wc unit. He went above and beyond what the job was supposed to be going a far as picking me up and taking me to select the goods needed to complete the job as I don't drive. Can''t recommend him enough.
