I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

From start to finish Wayne produced 4 outstanding pieces of oak furniture for me, i couldn't be happier with the quality, advice, drawings in less than 7 days, Wayne was a pleasure to work with and his furniture will give me and future generations extraordinary pleasure. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Kai and his team done a fantastic job on my garage extension. In this time of lockdown Kai went the extra mile to keep getting the Materials for the Job which he did admirably. I would have Kai and His team back anytime I need work doing A good honest tradesman

James did a bathroom refit for us, converting two rooms into one, and installing a new bathroom. Despite being a challenging job, James did excellent work through to completion. He even cleaned up the site after himself. He’s very skilled, honest and hard working. We highly recommend James.

We had our front garden fence removed and replaced with a brick wall. The finished result looks amazing. I’m so happy with it. The staff were courteous and professional and worked super hard and efficiently. The whole job took a week which was faster than expected. They left everything clean and tidy. After receiving several quotes they were very competitively priced too. Can not recommend highly enough

No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.

We honestly felt like we hit the jackpot with Colin and Kirk! They arrived early each day, worked quickly but with great attention to detail, and brought fantastic ideas to the table. Nothing was ever too much trouble. One of their standout strengths is communication — Colin kept us informed every step of the way, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Really poor experience it’s now 6 months and kitchen still not finished I’ve given up Still waiting for certs for electrical works honestly don’t use they are lovely guys but take on too much work and don’t finish anything
