I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. We chose DurdenBuild after a competitive tender process. Mick communicated well and provided a very competitive quote, although not the cheapest. We selected them based on the quality of the builds he showed us and his approach to the job. The work started on schedule and progress to date has been excellent. We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues.
