I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Russ came when he said he would, did an excellent job and charged reasonably for it. He was also flexible when we messed him about with dates and times.
We are a specialist Kitchen worktop fitting company based in Leamington Spa and covering the Midlands, We install laminate, solid wood and solid surface products such as Earthstone, Apollo Slabtech, Minerva etc. We also have a website and facebook page
Kept us informed as the job progressed. The carpenter did come across obstacles which were new to him but this was due to the job not being straight forward and parts were tricky due to a brick hearth and a spiral staircase both to have wood flooring fitted around. The job has turned out really nice and I would recommend him.
Luke and Mitch gave us a quote within 24 hours. They were on time to do the work, consulting us whenever needed to be sure we got what we wanted - bespoke cupboard. Started to fit wrong sink unit , Blaimed supplier.Connected hot to cold ! Cold to hot! Did-not secure pipe work!Promised to fix! Sent voice mails texts etc no reply! I was given a quote without him having seen the job first. Smacks of extra costs being added later for ‘unanticipated problems’. I didn’t hire him for this reason.
