Very quick response to my job posting, clear quote and job was also booked in quickly. High standard of work and good communication throughout. Adrian was a star throughout. He gave us the most competitive quote and helped us decide which installation options were practical, possible and cost effective. He was very willing to adapt to suggested changes whilst staying on a tight schedule throughout. Even when we didn't have a couple of cabinet storage options available, he willingly came back 2 weeks later to finish the job at no extra cost. The quality of the work has been outstanding and I'd gladly refer his name to anybody looking for a fitter!

I spoke to dozens of builders and had given up trying to find someone decent to do a full extension at a reasonable price, so I put an ad on here instead just for the key structural jobs. Pete came round and his knowledge, advice and very reasonable price for those elements resulted in me giving him all the work for the extension build and I'm very glad I did because he did an amazing job (thanks Pete!)

Marcel worked efficiently to deliver a high quality finish to our bathroom renovation. He communicated what he was doing at each stage of the renovation and was helpful in sourcing the materials. He worked long hours and always cleared up after himself. Marcel is friendly, honest and hardworking. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received, our first quote was honoured despite the job being more complex than initially anticipated. We will be using Marcel again for other jobs.

Excellent communication response time. Thank you Steve. Great communicator. Appointment to tender was not kept (by me) as decided to use another company. If I had any further work to be done though, would ring him to give me a quote. Having to fill in quality and value on this questionnaire, although could not comment but going to give a 4 star rating so can process reliability communication/response rating which was excellent.
