Despite the competitive pricing, the lack of professionalism makes their services impossible to recommend. For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. This kind of unreliability is deeply frustrating, especially when customers plan their day around appointments.

Scheduled to come to my property the next day to fix boiler. Assured me that he would appear. Took me 4 hours by coach to come to my property in London next day only to be told that he could not do it. Very unethical. Cost me £500 per day time off as an IT contractor + £70 national express coach return ticket and waste of time. This guy named Daniel quoted slightly lower than others but I guess you get what you pay for - I would not use sole trader like this next time due to how unprofessional they can be.

Maciejsz designed and built a hall cupboard with mirror for us. The work was of excellent quality and we are very happy with the result. He was punctual, polite and professional throughout. He worked the whole day without a break in order to complete the job and was as diligent at the end as he was at the beginning. Dave delivered to time and budget and performed an excellent job. I liked his design approach and he fitted in a couple of additional small tasks within the overall price. He also provided a painter and recommended a plasterer. Great job.

Was able to put the kitchen island together very well even though the supplier delivered the wrong parts. Saved us time. Dedicated, did not leave until the job was finish 9pm.
