I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.

Neil has done a really outstanding job for me and am so please have already ask for price for the next job! Would recommend Neil to anyone looking for a frienly, hardworking tradesman. The job was completed exactly asnrequested and to a excellent quality. The team had to work in some really difficult weather and just got on a did the job.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

As I'm now based in NZ, Carl tended to my front and back garden in Hertfordshire to keep it looking good while the property is on the market. Catalin was meticulous with his measuring. He worked tirelessly and came back at night the following day to finish the job because it rained on the Sunday afternoon so we were unable to finish. The slabs have been laid perfectly. He was smart and methodical in his approach to paving the tiles. The end result looks great and just as I'd hoped for. Reliable. Tidy. Accurate. And a fair price. Would highly recommend, the job was really well executed & in no time, my garden looks so nice, tidy & clean now, the alleys & the decking have been jet washed & look amazing now. I just wish I had found them years ago! I will definitely giving them more jobs in the near future. Super impressed!

Couldn’t recommend enough. Very hardworking and did a great job painting our living room and laying wood flooring. Everything finished to a high standard. Will definitely be using again!
