Carl and his team were exceptional and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgable and high quality service. They had to do a repair on some poor quality work I’d had done previously and the difference in their approach couldn’t have been more different. Kieren and his team were great! They turned up on time, were polite and friendly the whole time. They put our patio in, in four days, which was amazing. There was good communication throughout and if times or days needed changing that was communicated. They have done a really good job and the patio looks great and we are very pleased with it! Would recommend and use this team again.

Messed up a simple job battening a level deck frame. I told Richard where to start, but he ignored it and installed them out of level, then cut my level posts to match his poor layout. Struggled with gate hanging, so I had to finish it. Lawn has high/low spots, left cement bag open, mud on path/carport, and even took my plastic tub. Poor finish, can't follow basic instructions, and doesn’t answer calls now. Shoddy, careless work. Would not recommend. 1 star

John and his team have done a brilliant job. Highly professional and very considerate of our requirements. Nothing was too much for them and always very approachable. The site was kept tidy at all times, and the end result superb. Extremely impressed with every aspect of the project.

James has just finished work in my back garden and after my experience with James and his team I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am so happy with the end result and this is because James takes your vision of the job personally. Very professional, polite with an excellent work ethic, don't give it a second thought, call him and you'll see what I mean.

Really happy. Good quote, sound advice, excellent communication. All in all an extremely professional service from honest, considerate and reliable tradesmen. John was fantastic when we had to delay the work for a few months and even kept to his original quote. The work done was to a very high standard and I couldn't be happier. Employed S G Maintenance to re-fit a laminate floor in hallway and kitchen that had been damaged due to a flood. Is a pleasant and well mannered person. Worked very quickly. Very clean and disposed of all rubbish. Good value service. Had a problem, S G Maintenance came back and put it right immediately without any delays or arguments. I will use again and would recommend S G Maintenance. Great Job. Thanks.

We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.

Phil is an excellent tradesman - we had him replace some skirting boards, door frames and picture rails in 2 rooms. He was very reliable, reasonably priced and worked to our budget, his craftsmanship was very good, he was a quick (and tidy) worker, and he gave us plenty of extra advice and tips for other rooms. Additionally, he went out of his way to help us arrange getting some door restored by one of his contacts. Would thoroughly recommend and have saved his details for use in the future! Thanks Phil!

Terry is new to Bristol and will make a very good name for himself in short order. Terry's work ethic is admirable. He promised to finish in a day and worked in to the evening to complete the job. The standard of finish is exceptional. The work involved skimming two large walls, and boarding then skimming a ceiling. He is diligent, very friendly, a consummate professional, and I doubt you'll find such quality at a better price. I commend him to you and will be asking him to do more work in the near future.
