The good news - my previous review and perception has improved significantly. Literally a 180 turnaround. The bad news is Rated People doesn't allow me to remove the previous review, only update it. Therefore just to provide a brief update; Asa has since joined the team and wow what a difference he has made. Very customer centric, communicates very well and really reasonable all round. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
