We asked John from future floors to laminate our entire downstairs after listing the job on ratedpeople.com. We needed the work starting within a couple of days and they were happy to accommodate this. They laid our laminate flooring to a very high, professional standard all within half a day. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Colin carried out repairs on our office carpet and also installed a new carpet in a meeting room. He offers great value for money, was always available by telephone or email, quick to provide a quote and visited us onsite to talk through the details. Neil gave me a very competitive quote over the phone, turned up on time and did a really good job. He also offered to come back and trim the carpet free of charge should it expand in the warmth of the flat, given the carpet had been stored in my basement. Really good customer service. Thanks.

After a few days, coming back to the house, the material bubbled so my floor had small marks. So they either didn't air the material out properly with the rack or they have mixed the material for too long that they introduced too much air in the mixing. Just make sure and remind them not to introduce too much air when mixing the material.

David responded to my advert very promptly, came to assess the work needed and was able to start the next day. He works meticulously and has high standards. I was delighted to find someone who would undertake small jobs for me that had built up such as grouting, hanging a mirror, sealing around windows and fitting a pane of glass in an internal door. In the future I will certainly be contacting him to quote for a new lounge window. He left everywhere clean and tidy and I would certainly recommend him.
