Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .

I have been working as a locksmith for quite a number of years. I pride myself in the quality of work I achieve. NCFE accredited, fully insured and DBS/CRB Police checked. I work with local authorities, police, coastgurd, insurance companies, estate agents, Fylde council and my favourite the general public.I have also done my bit for charities ie North West AirAmbulance and Fylde Food Bank. I gain non destructive entry, usually picking locks, fix broken doors and windows. From simple adjustment, alignment issues to replacing full faulty mech I cover all types of locksmith work. Supplying BRITISH Standard locks to satisfy the stringent quality checks insisted on by insurance companies and recommended by police. I also board up broken windows and doors, after accident or burglary or vandal damage, securing properties to a high standard. Intruder alarms are a great deterrent, I also fit these. Mr Harris was punctual, helpful and I felt very fair with his prices. The two pieces of work on a window and a roof were less than other national firms and competitive with local builders. He kept in contact with me by text and e mail and only wanted paying after he had completed the job. He also guaranteed the roof repairs and so far so good I have not had to ask him to return. Not just a builder/joiner but a good project manager and a genuine nice guy. James knocked down our wall between our kitchen and dining room and then fitted our new kitchen with new floor. The job was of high quality and was done within the time frame set out. James sorted out the plumber and plasterers and if there was an issue with one of my tradesmen (electrician) James was always on hand to provide advice and a solution to the problem. Great set of lads and will use again in the future if needed!
