Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. We were very pleased with the efforts of CLP to come and check the job that needed doing. Then Cain fixed where he thought the problem was. So far there hasn’t been any water sip through the windows but we’ll have to wait for the stormy weather to actually say “yes!”, the job is finished ????
They estimated the job would take 3 days but they completed it in 2. They arrived promptly, worked hard and did a good job, I will definitely use them again.
I have been in the roofing business for 30 year's and have many happy customers.I prefer working with slate products .Swithland being my favourite to work with . I work alone now so mainly concentrate on extensions and repairs such as finding leaks , rebedding ridges and gables , reflashing chimneys and relaying valleys.
