Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. I absolutely love designing spaces and have the skillsets of doing all of the work myself. A lot of people entrust me to design the spaces for them and choose and source all of the materials I use. Of course people may want to do this themselves and I can happily work with provided materials if that is your wish. Each job is different and has its own challenges but with my imagination and experience I transform homes. I am also a trained decorator and provide a high standard of finish. I'm a very friendly and trustworthy person and understand the importance of being respectful in someones home. As you can see in my ratings, people have said lovely things about me over the years. Would leave a 0 if I could. Unreliable, goes AWOL for weeks at a time, walks off the job 6 weeks later, not finishing it and telling you to get someone else in to finish it. Takes your money and doesn't refund anything! Doesn't comply with any regulations and replacememt fitter had to remove everything and start again. And my boiler got condemned after Neals shoddy work..AVOID!!

I am so impressed with the work carried out by Multitrade. They completed all the work (stairs, two built in cupboards, architraves, skirting boards, 30msq of wood flooring) to a VERY high standard and at all times considered my budget. Suggestions were made along the way on ways that would improve the job. Multitrade are also able to recommend a quality plasterer (Craig - Plaster Right) which worked well. Between them they could agree on what work was needed when so that they could work around each other. Provide plenty of tea to wet their whistle and you can be sure you will get a quality result. Nigel provided an excellent service. From the initial visit to quote for the total refurbishment of our ensuite, through to completion, he kept us informed of the work being undertaken and we therefore felt involved in the process.
