Alan was a saviour. A different tradesman had made a complete mess of installing our kitchen; we feared the whole kitchen was a right-off. We posted looking for a new fitter to try and rectify as many mistakes as possible. Alan used all his skill and experience to steadily transform the ruined kitchen into exactly what we had envisaged. He went above and beyond by not only fixing the problems but also adding nice touches and helping throughout. We can't recommend highly enough. Matt, Gina and Elliott.

Carl called, called in and had a good discussion on our ideas… then quick turnaround on costs / Scope of works. Leaving us plenty of time to think about, with contact back… but never ever pushy! Next stage was a an arranged visit to the showroom, and have to say the standards were a lot higher than I could imagine. Very high quality products and quality of finishes… so it was a no-brainer Currently having works starting, to a time frame which suited us… so went above and beyond the customer satisfaction

We were looking to change 7 internal doors and Kieran was first to reply , he came to see then he sent us the price for doors to buy and deliver and fully installed , when we accepted he came out on time and finished the job in one day and we are very happy with the work , thank you again Kieran .

Wouldn't recommend this tradesman as he didn't turn up twice obviously didn't want the work.

The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

Very competitively priced and good quality units. Jon was great from initial consultation, through to delivery. Communication was excellent throughout. Joe and his installation team are brilliant and really nice guys to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble and when we have had a couple of small issues, they were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Calum quoted and gave a date for the job. He gave advice on materials. He turned up on time. The job was completed neatly( he tidied up after hims elf). He was friendly and efficient. Great job. Thanks to Calum, Dan, and Calums Dad . Would highly recommend.

When I was told that Mark and his team would be at our house before we left for work at 7am, I couldn't believe it! But they stuck to their word; they showed up early, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them.

these guys havn.t a clue .. overcharged.. had massive leek after they had been coming through kitchen ceiling. they came back out. and supposed to have fixed their mistake. 15 min later still leaking ... never picked up my calls .. then they turner their phone off. . job finished by another plumber I had to call. all it needed was new waste pipe. 90 pound job cost me 220. don't let these plumbers loose on your plumbing.....

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
