This guy disappears on you - goes completely off-line for months. He removed parts from a functioning shower mixer with the promise to return with a new cartridge, and has disappeared. We now need to replace the cartridge at an additional cost of +£200. Over a month with no response to calls, messages. Maybe this might prompt as reply - but I doubt it.

Ali only shows to deliver materials or check work. Quick to reply when wanting the job. Slow/no response once job starts thinking you wont cancel. Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Ben demonstrated professionalism & knowledge. Will use again although hopefully not too soon!

Jay installed the boiler for me in October 2024 failed to issue documentation. However, he went on to register it in May 2025 as installed in March 2022. The boiler has since being screaming after installation. Jay came and see the boiler but couldn’t fix the problem demanded more money. There has been limescale piled up on the pipe he ignored it. The other engineer who attended after him found a metal part left inside the boiler. I would not recommend his service.
