James Butler also trades as CGS Landscapes. He paved my driveway with poor quality slabs in September 2024 blaming the manufacturer and not himself. More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Please don’t hire James Butler.

The job revealed some extra work was needed but the changes were all discussed and agreed without pressure before being implemented and James was able to bring in extra team members whilst on site so the work was completed in a timely fashion. After speaking with several Builders, I decided to select them. They turned up smart professional listened and approach the job with professionalism. They were always open to listen and kept in touch with me daily, worked to my schedule and finished the job on time full house refurbishment outside roof walls, windows doors and patio in two weeks. Sam & his team (Col & Joe) worked extremely hard on several building projects to the property . They were friendly, polite, went above & beyond fixing problems we didn't know we had until unearthed during their work. They also made sure everything was left clean & tidy at the end of each day & removed all their rubbish. Very pleased with the results.
