John and the team did an outstanding job. It was easy to work with John and he was very knowledgeable, and provided very sensible advice. Other people quoted work which was over-the-top or wouldn't have solved the problem but John got right to the issue in a no-nonsense way. I had a persistent damp or leak issue around a bath, causing water stains in the room below. Deo of Action Building diagnosed the problem and implemented a complete fix. Other builders had seen this but had not been able to work out what was wrong. It was quite a big job. It started promptly and was carried out quickly. Deo also consulted on and fixed other building problems around my house.

Very prompt response to come and assess and quote for the work. They were keen to do the work the next day even though I was going to be out - they called when they arrived, sent photos as they progressed the work, messaged when finished with final photos. They took away all the rubbish (there was a lot of pruning done) and didn’t ask for payment until I had reviewed everything in person the following morning (it was dark when I got home). Overall very polite and did a very good job.

Petar was so prompt in responding. Came straight around and gave a good price for job. He is very hard working and polite. He painted the front of our house in full sun on the hottest days of the year and didn't stop or complain. Very professional, would definitely recommend.
